Government services in Toronto!

The sidewalk is a municipal service. This makes sense because if the federal government came in to fix and build sidewalks, it would take away from their valuable time that they could use to pass bills or decide if they will help with the Arab spring! Also, the municipal government is closer, therefor, making it more efficient to just have to city deal with it. Another reason why it makes sense is that it is a problem in the city, so, the city should deal with it!
